Santo Domingo Historical Tour with Caves from Punta Cana

We will transfer from your hotel to the city of Santo Domingo with various stops and explanations on the way until you reach the city.

The first stop will be in the Three Eyes Caves accompanied by our official tourist guide where he will explain to us what this underground place consists of, discovered since colonial times.

This museum was inaugurated in 1992 by Pope John Paul 2, in celebration of the 500 years of the discovery of America. Rumors say that the remains of Christopher Columbus are there.

We will visit the national palace of Santo Domingo, there they will give you an explanation of the different mandates of the country. and you will have the opportunity to take a photo in the gardens with the palace security guards.

We will also visit the Chinatown of Santo Domingo where we will stop to take photos and learn about the evolution and growth of this Asian neighborhood.

We will take a walk through this colonial area where we will visit various places and museums such as Alcazar de Colon, Museum of Royal Houses, Sundial, National Pantheon, Primary Cathedral of the Americas and also there we will have lunch with time to visit a souvenir shop.

By the end of the afternoon we will board our transportation to return to our starting hotels to finish our journey.
