Meeting and pickup information
- Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), please proceed to the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting for you with a personalized sign with your name. Please look for our TripCana VIP Transfer representative.
- Your transfer ends with a direct drop-off at the main entrance. No stops, no detours — your driver will take you straight to the hotel lobby entrance where staff will assist you with your luggage and check-in.
- Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. Once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs, they will take you directly to your hotel without any stops. We monitor all flights and will adjust the pickup times accordingly.
