If you don't include it when booking, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email to coordinate. If you arrive at the airport, please provide your flight number and estimated arrival time. Our team monitors flights in real time to adjust pickup times if there are delays. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign that says “Touristic Car Service” or your full name in the authorized departure area. If you can't find your driver right away, you can contact us via WhatsApp at the number provided in your confirmation. Important: Changing the departure time at the last minute is not permitted. Any modification must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered a “no show” and no refund will be issued.
