Use one of the contacts on this voucher: Office hours: Monday to Sunday from 6 .a.m to 8 p.m. Upon pickup, please present your voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Destination Services Dominican Republic will respond within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time.
